Publish training to your athletes

Everything you place is a draft. Athletes see a workout only after you publish it.

A day with a draft on it reads to the athlete as a day with nothing planned.

  1. Open Plan and select the day.
  2. Select Publish.

The pill on the calendar turns from hollow and dashed to filled. Filled means your athletes can see it, hollow means they cannot.

  1. Switch the view to Timeline.
  2. Find the microcycle bar for that week.
  3. Select Publish week.

This is how most weeks are released. Build the week in the calendar, then publish it in one action.

The athlete app shows the published workouts of their current week, resolved for them personally.

Resolved means their own deviations are applied first, then their group’s, then the team plan. See Branches.

A rest day reaches the athlete as soon as you set it. There is nothing on it to finish, so it never waits for a publish.

Publish is a toggle. Turning it off takes the workout back out of the athlete’s week.

Use that while a week is still yours to change. Once athletes have trained a session, editing the plan does not undo the training.
