Read the morning dashboard

The dashboard is what StrideUp opens on. It reads today, for your whole team.

Its job is to hand you the short list. Most mornings most of your athletes are fine, and the page says so rather than making you check.

Needs attention is the short list. It is banded by what happened, not by who, so four athletes sleeping badly is one line and not four.

Everyone is the whole squad, worst first. It carries this morning’s check-in, their last RPE, what they still owe you and their flags.

Plan health is the other half: approaching blocks with no finalised work in them. See Create a season.

Each row in the first band opens with a coloured mark.

Colour Meaning
Red Something to act on today
Amber A trend worth knowing, not urgent
Flag What it means
Sore today This morning’s check-in marked a body area, with the side
Low sleep or energy Sleep or energy came in at the bottom two words
Session missed or cut short A recent report was not a completed session
On their own plan The athlete is on an individual branch right now
Scores falling Three days of check-ins that only went down
No check-in Three days running with nothing filed
Reports never filed Three or more sessions closed with no report
Effort up on last week This week’s average RPE is a point above last week’s

Soreness has its own flag because the body area is what you act on. Sleep and energy share one.

Trend flags need history. Three falling days is undefined on day two, so StrideUp says nothing rather than guessing.

While your team is younger than a fortnight, the dashboard says so at the top. The trend flags start once there is enough behind them.

Hover a flag in Everyone to see it in full, with the athlete’s own numbers.

Select an athlete’s name anywhere on the page to open their record on the Training tab, which holds their check-ins and their session reports.

There is no date picker and no way to dismiss a flag.

Most flags clear on their own when the data moves on. The ones that do not, such as three silent days, are exactly the ones worth seeing again tomorrow.

Every flag is a suggestion. StrideUp never changes a plan, moves a session or tells an athlete anything on your behalf.
