StrideUp uses a small set of words with precise meanings. Each page here defines one of them and shows where you meet it in the product.

The team
Section titled “The team”- Teams and training groups — who trains together, and what groups do for you.
The plan
Section titled “The plan”- The season and its cycles — dates, macrocycles, mesocycles and microcycles.
- Workouts and sections — one session, and the four kinds of section it is built from.
- The three libraries — exercises, workouts and weeks, kept for reuse.
- The calendar and who you are viewing — the planning surface, and the rule behind every edit.
