A check-in each
morning, and no record that a session had happened at all.

Athletes report on sessions

After a session the app asks how it went: completed, cut short or missed, with an
RPE from 1 to 10 on a session you finished and a reason on one you did not.

It appears an hour after the session was due to start, so nothing asks mid warm-up,
and it sits in a single To do list on the Today tab with the check-in and any
race result. One reminder a morning covers every session waiting, and it has its
own switch. See Report a session.

Coaches open on a dashboard

Signing in now lands on the morning dashboard. It reads today and answers one
question: who needs a closer look.

Eight rules run over the last fortnight, from soreness reported this morning to a
week that came in harder than the last. Athletes who are fine stay quiet, and the
page says so rather than making you check. Trend rules stay silent until they have
the history to mean anything.

The roster moved to Team. See
Read the morning dashboard.

The athlete page

A coach can finally see an athlete’s record: their check-in history, their session
reports, their one-rep maxes, their personal bests and their results. Select any
athlete’s name to open it.

Still assistive

Every flag is a suggestion. StrideUp does not change a plan, move a session or tell
an athlete anything on your behalf.

behind the product, guides for coaches on the web app, and guides for athletes on
