Draft and published

Every workout you place is a draft until you publish it. Athletes never see a draft.

Draft controls athlete visibility, and nothing else. No one else has to approve a workout before you publish it.

An athlete’s week shows the published workouts of their current week, resolved for them personally through any branches that apply.

A day with a draft on it reads to the athlete as a day with nothing on it.

A published session renders as a filled pill. A draft renders hollow, with a dashed outline.

You publish from the day itself. To release a whole week at once, use Publish week on the microcycle bar in the timeline view.

The two work on different things.

Affects placed work It is the placed work Never

A rest day reaches the athlete as soon as you set it. There is nothing on it to finish, so it never waits for a publish.
