Manage your team

The Team page in the sidebar shows the roster: the people on your team, the invites still waiting, and anyone who used your join code to ask to join.

  1. Open Team.
  2. Select Invite.
  3. Enter their email address.
  4. Pick Athlete or Assistant Coach.
  5. Send it.

They join when they first sign in with that address. There is nothing else to approve.

Pick the role with care. A role cannot be changed later, and a second invite to the same address does not replace it.

Both coaches can invite. Only the Head Coach can create the team or deactivate anyone.

Someone who used your team’s join code appears with the status Wants to join, and the Team item in the sidebar carries a count while any request is waiting. Choose Add to the team or Refuse from their row.

A code only ever produces athletes, and you always decide. See Hand out your join code.

An invite that is still waiting can be revoked from its row in the roster. Use it for a typo in the address.

A training group is a squad that trains together, for example “U18 sprints”.

  1. On the Team page, select New group.
  2. Name it.
  3. Assign athletes to it from their roster rows.

An athlete belongs to one group, or to none. Groups are what a goal targets, and what you pick in the Viewing picker.

A coach can carry a title such as “Strength Coach”. Set it from their roster row.

The title is for display. It carries no permissions.

Deactivating removes a person’s access. It takes effect on their next request, so they do not stay signed in.

Their training history stays. StrideUp does not erase what already happened.
