See your week

The app opens on Today, with everything you owe and today’s session.

Tab What you find there
Today Your To do list, and today’s workout
Week The seven days of the current week
Profile Your bests, your results, your one-rep maxes and your settings

Everything waiting on you sits in one list, with the thing that expires soonest at the top.

It can hold Filed on
Today’s check-in File a check-in
A session to report on Report a session
A race result File a competition result

An empty list means nothing is waiting on you.

Select a day in the Week tab to open the full session.

A workout shows its sections in the order your coach wrote them: warm-up, running, strength, then core. Each running block shows its sets, reps and distance, with the rest between reps and between sets.

The day says It means
A workout name Train that session
Test A test day. Your coach records numbers
Racing You have a meet. The meet name and location show
Rest day Your coach prescribed rest
Nothing Nothing is planned for that day

Rest day means your coach prescribed rest. A day with nothing on it means your coach has not planned it.

Your coach publishes a week when it is ready. A session they are still writing does not reach you.

If your whole week is empty and the app says there is no plan, your team has no running season yet.

A session written as a percentage arrives with your own target in it. A rep at 95% of your 200m best shows the time that means for you.

Those targets come from your own results and your own one-rep maxes. Keeping them current keeps the training right. See Log a lift.
