Log a lift and update your one-rep max

Your coach writes strength loads as a percentage of your one-rep max. StrideUp turns that into a real weight for you.

That only works while your maxes are current.

  1. Open a strength workout.
  2. Open the menu in the header.
  3. Select Update weights.
  4. Pick the exercise.
  5. Enter the weight you lifted and the reps you did.
  6. Select Save 1RM.

The menu appears on workouts that have weighted strength work in them.

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Select One-rep maxes.
  3. Select Log a 1RM.

The same screen opens. Use this route when you hit a new best outside a planned session.

You enter a set you actually lifted, and StrideUp estimates the maximum from it. So you never have to test a true one-rep max.

Enter a real set, for example a heavy triple. The estimate updates as you type, so you see what that set gives before you save it.

Your next strength session shows real kilos instead of a percentage.

If your coach has not added any strength lifts yet, the picker is empty. There is nothing to fix on your side.
