File a competition result
After a meet you file your time. That result is where your personal bests come from.
File it
Section titled “File it”- Open the Today tab. A race to log appears under To do.
- Select Log your result.
- Enter your time in seconds, for example 10.55.
- Add a note if it needs context, for example wind or lane.
- Select Save result.
The app tells you when the time is a new personal best.
Where the item comes from
Section titled “Where the item comes from”Your coach enters you for a meet. That entry is what puts the race on your To do list, from the day of the meet.
If your coach entered you without picking an event yet, nothing appears. There is no event to file a time against.
See your history
Section titled “See your history”Open the Profile tab.
- Personal bests shows your best time per event.
- Recent results shows what you have filed.
Keep your bests up to date
Section titled “Keep your bests up to date”A session written as 95% of your 200m best uses the best you filed. An out-of-date best means you train at the wrong speed.
