Troubleshooting

You signed in with an address your coach did not invite.

Tell your coach which address you used. They can send a new invite to that one.

You signed in with a coach account. The phone app is for athletes, and coaches work in the web app.

Your team has no running season. Your week fills in once your coach starts one.

My week is empty, but my team has a season

Section titled “My week is empty, but my team has a season”

Your coach has not published that week yet. A session they are still writing does not reach you.

It appears on the day of the meet, not before. If the meet has not happened yet, wait for the day.

If the meet has happened, your coach entered you without picking an event yet. There is no event to file a time against, so ask them to add your events.

It appears an hour after the session was due to start, so nothing asks you mid warm-up.

A day your coach prescribed as rest, and a day with nothing planned, never ask for a report.

A report is yours to change until the end of the day you filed it. After midnight it is locked in.

Tell your coach if it needs correcting after that.

The session disappeared before I reported on it

Section titled “The session disappeared before I reported on it”

You have three days from the session to file. After that the day closes and the app stops asking.

Your coach still sees that it went unreported.

Your coach has not added any strength lifts to the exercise library. Nothing on your side is wrong.

My athlete cannot see the workout I placed

Check that it is published. Athletes never see a draft.

Check the week as well. The phone app shows the current week, so next week’s published work appears when that week arrives.

The meet does not show on an athlete’s week

Section titled “The meet does not show on an athlete’s week”

A meet reaches an athlete through a goal that covers them, or an entry that names them.

Add a goal for their training group or the whole team, or add them to the start list.

The workout says a percentage instead of a time

Section titled “The workout says a percentage instead of a time”

That athlete has no personal best for the reference event yet. Percentages resolve only against a best the athlete has filed.

Roles are fixed at invite time. A second invite to the same address does not replace the first.

A branch with workouts on it can only be merged, never removed. The training that happened stays on the plan.

The day falls outside the season’s dates. Move the day inside the season, or change the season’s dates first.

The season is completed. Reopen it from the actions menu if you need to change it.

The dashboard flags nobody, and I expected it to

Section titled “The dashboard flags nobody, and I expected it to”

Trend flags stay silent until they have the history they need. A three-day run is undefined on day two.

While your team is younger than a fortnight the dashboard says so at the top. See Read the morning dashboard.

An athlete’s check-in scores are there but no flag is

Section titled “An athlete’s check-in scores are there but no flag is”

Only the bottom two words on sleep or energy flag. A middling morning is a middling morning, and flagging it would flag most of the team most days.

There is no dismissal. Most flags clear when the data moves on, and the ones that do not are the ones worth seeing again tomorrow.
